School Priorities 

1. To develop new opportunities that celebrate life in all its fullness.

- To further improve our GCSE curriculum and provision

- To further embed a dynamic sixth form provision - Achieve 70% 4+, 50%+ 5+, 20%+ 7+ in all subjects.

2. To ensure quality first teaching in all year groups

- To further embed “walk thru’s”, including say it again better, write it again better and modelling

- Continue to prioritise the learning for Pupil Premium and SEND students

- To further develop our READ and WORD strategy.

3. To ensure our school values and good behaviour are upheld and celebrated.

- To embed teacher checklist and expectations including mobile phones

- To develop the PRAISE approach to rewards

- Provide increased enrichment in music, sport, culture, outdoor education

4. To become a centre of excellence for staff development

- To provide an excellent programme of staff training and teacher appraisal

- To develop the use of AI technology where appropriate

- To further develop student and staff voice  

5. To plan for future growth and a new form of entry

- To further develop the site including student hub, and potential future buildings.
