Our second Duke of Edinburgh expedition went off without a hitch earlier in June with three more teams completing two days hiking and one overnight stay at PACCAR campsite in Gerrards Cross.
All teams learnt how to navigate using a map and compass, how to plan and cook a meal on a camp stove and set up tents with everything needed for camping overnight.
Despite the rain, all three teams completed the course successfully.
